STEVEN J. STOWELL, PH.D.
Steven J. Stowell, PhD is the founder and president of the Center for Management and Organization Effectiveness (CMOE).
Founded in 1978, CMOE specializes in management, leadership, and organization development products and services.
Steve specializes in facilitating, training, and delivering talks to senior and executive leadership teams that help them develop the skills required to transform organizations into high-performance, team-oriented entities, assist leaders to define their strategic direction(s), and improve relationships among teams that face serious challenges and issues.
Steve also spends time coaching senior leaders and executives on a one-on-one basis to further develop skills that help them maximize their performance level.
Steve earned his PhD from the University of Utah and served on the faculty at Oklahoma State University and the University of Utah.
In addition to the books listed above, he co-authored three other books. The Coach (CMOE Press, 1987; 2nd ed. 1998), TeamWork (CMOE Press, 1994), and Win–Win Partnerships (CMOE Press, 1996).
Steve and his wife, Debbie, live in Salt Lake City, Utah and have four children.
